P.M: boxing (12 mins skipping, shadow boxing, pads)
DIET
Meal 1: Weetabix + porridge
snack: celery sticks (actually has an enjoyable after taste)
Meal 2: Tub of cottage cheese
Meal 3: chicken fajita
Meal 4: eggs
