ok ok, no excuse for yesterday.
Warm up 1 lap around the outdoor track, and stretching.
8x100 yard sprints.
5 long controlled sit ups on the roman chair. Made shapes with my body for the hell of it.
5 pull ups. I have never been good at them.
25 wrist up wrist curls. (10 lbs)
25 wrist down wrist curls (10 lbs)
10s on each side. Not sure if it's a 35 or 45 lb bar. Bench press.
Ate an orange and went home.
