Got to the gym late.
2 rounds of shadow boxing.
3 rounds of sparring, round-robin.
More or less it for now. Probably going to do some work on the heavy bag when I get back from work.
Forgot to add, had a round of speed with the trainer.
Also, 3 x 1 minute leg lifts.
