It's not a diss. I was reading an excellent thread from Jacory Harris about Roy Jones folding like a lawn chair when faced when adversity and started thinking about other fighters who have done this.
The first one that came to mind was Vitali. Let's face it, the first guy that started dodging his punches and hitting him back made him quit. That's not hating, that's a fact.
Byrd was hitting him back but he was also losing most of the rounds. Vitali was waaayy ahead on points when he quit. It had nothing to do with Byrd but everything to do with his ****ed up shoulder.
The first time roy faced adversity was in the first Griffin fight and he didn't fold, he was on his way to stopping Griffin when he was DQ'd.
