Ran half a mile.
Sprints, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 100, 80, 60, 40, 20. (yards)
Situps, slow and controlled on the roman chair.
25 x 3 wrist curls, palm up. (10 lbs).
25 wrist curls, palm down. (10 lbs). My wrists start cracking pretty badly.
3x6 pull ups.
Neck bridges, not quite sure how to quantify those.
