The best cities for good beaches are Florianópolis (Santa Catarina State)....Guarujá or Santos (São Paulo State), Rio de Janeiro of course (Rio State), Porto de Galinhas (Pernambuco State).....it is the majority opinion, but I don´t know very well some of those cities, so this could be subjetive.....
Bahia is great but a little overrated in my opinion in some aspects......but there is people who disagree.....
I´m moving to Santos next year....can´t wait
