Current weight: 65kg (wanna get down to the 60kg class again)

This morning went for a two mile run
This evening 5 minute warm up 30 minutes stationary bike and 5-10 minutes exercises

Diet:
2 weetabix after my run
2 slices of wholemeal toast
Protein shake mixed with milk
Potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts and a chicken fillet
Protein shake mixed with water
