BJJ and other submission grappling is designed around your skills not eroding with age. The whole "past his prime" aspect is absolutely bullshit when factoring in where the end of the fight took place. I do BJJ and trust me, the older you get, the more experienced you get and the more dangerous you get. Nog isn't even 40 yet and is in tremendous shape so there is NO reason Mir's win should get any kind of discredit.
