Basically an over bet is a bet for it going the distance, with the exception of some very rare circumstances (a dramatic KO or DQ in the last ninety seconds, or having the physician rule that they have to stop and go to the cards because of a cut from a foul with the clock stopped in the first half of the round, resulting in a TD10 that's under 9.5 rounds)
