Theoretically, yeah.
Real life bookies sometimes shift the lines right up to the ring walks.
Here it just isn't feasibly practical to do that (or fair to be people who happen to be online to bet at a certain time and then miss the chance to bet on the shifted line). One the thread is made, the odds are locked in. Permanently. That has always been my rule.
