I'm going to start Muay Thai tomorrow for a couple of different reasons: Need a self-esteem boost, need to get of my ass, to get in shape and most of all because it's fun.
I'm going to write my workouts and diet in this log. Since chrismas I have eaten Pizza and the sorts 3-4 times a week, because my friend keeps on giving it to me for free, the bastard
My goals: to train 4-5 times a week, to slowly sort my diet out and to just have fun and learn the sport.
