Training:
10 minute warm up
1.5 mile run
12 rounds on various punch bags
3x2 minute rounds sparring
10 minutes ab exercises
Diet:
2 slices of wholemeal toast 2 poached eggs
tuna sandwhich
chicken sandwhich with coleslaw
half tin of tuna
normally drink 2-3 litres of water a day
