Exercise
15 minutes jumping rope. last 5 minutes - 15 sec sprint 15 sec nice and easy.
5 minutes stretching.
Squat.
Deadlift.
30 burpees as fast as possible.
Diet
Breakfast: two eggs and two pieces of rye bread.
Lunch: rice and carrots in curry sauce and a piece of ryebread with fish.
Snack: Two pieces of brownie

Dinner: Salmon, rice and salad. Drank a coke though.
Notes
I was actually tired after the exercise. That's a good sign though.
Diet was a bit shit. But it was family dinner so couldn't refuse a coke. brownie was unnecessary though.
All in all it was fine considering i'm just starting out again.
