Weigh in's are as much focused around how "not in bad condition," a fighter is in as much as "how in good condition," they are.
Not trying to sound strange there, just saying that it's every bit as important for a fighter to come into a fight looking generally comfortable at the weight, as it is for another coming in looking super ripped.
For what its worth, I think Cotto looks pretty decent at 154. I'm confident that the version of Cotto we see tomorrow will be around prime condition. He's a hard case to judge what with his career up and downs, but I can't see "weight," being an excuse should he fail to deliver tomorrow...
