I blame the Board for this. It was a Gobshite move to withdraw the license. They should have just banned him for 6 months, a year, permanently. They shouldn't just take the license away and say 'we'll see how we feel in the future'. Then they fuck about with the hearing and put the appeal back. Stupid move.
