Not football so irrelevant. In football you can't be 20-0 down and have an amazing perfect goal and win. Bullshit comparison even tennis would be better.

No. The guy who actually managed to finish the fight won. One person laid on top of the other for 24mins and couldn't hurt his opponent. Unless there is a bullshit decision from the ref if one guy finishes it he is the better fighter on the night.
