Warmup /w some shadow boxing and plyometrics
6x3min bag rounds focusing on rhythm and combos
3x3min med ball slams, uppercuts and straights
3x3min rope skipping
3x3min shadow boxing (first round /w 2kg weights, second /w 1kg, third with none)

No sparring :(
