Rocky Fratto, moved up the #2 WBA ranked position, by way of his April 25, 1981 win (W Dec 12) over
NABF Light-Middleweight Champion - Rocky Mosley Jr. 33-6-1 (13 KO's). Mosley Jr. had been the #2 WBA ranked
challenger, prior to his loss to Rocky Fratto.

Davey Moore, was ranked #11, based upon his knockout (KO 1) over the #10 WBA-ranked Joszef Nsubuga 23-2-0 (12 KO's)
on May 23, 1981.
