The temp was 90 not counting the bright tv lights on the ring. It must have been well over 100 in the ring. Why should heat make ropes sag anyway? They don't melt.
There is no proof that the ropes were intentionally loosened absolutely NONE it is all just accusations and Dundee said he never aided in the rope-a-dope tactic by loosening them. Also i saw ropes like that on FNF a couple of weeks ago in an outside fight and even after they tried tightening them they were still incredibly loose.
