No, it's not the smartest thing to do.

Feeling sore? Stretch, Get some quality calories in (protein, healthy fats etc), do some recovery exercises (25 minutes on a stationary bike at the gym is a good one), Go to the sauna/steam-room and chill or use some ice packs etc.

Train smart, not hard.
