since you won't be eating meat you'll have to use suplements to get your B12 vitamins. I'm thinking of trying a vegan diet for a couple weeks I just need to find a way to get all my protein needs with out intaking to much calories or fat. I think ill have to take protein powder ehich I don't ususually do.
