been spinning my wheels since the first year of uni and all... so i picked up a book on boxing fitness and decided to come up with my own exercice plans.
Lots of it seems to be crossfit-ish stuff. Front squats, thrusters, etc. But since I don't have a gym due to moving/lack of dough, I will have to stick to the floorwork/calisthenics for now.
