Fair point about grunting if they're doing 10 reps of a bodybuilding exercise like a shoulder press or bicep curl but if something requires everything then you need to hype yourself up. Do you have an issue with Olympic weightlifters hyping themselves up as well? Or is it the fact that somebody who is weaker than you is putting a lot of effort into something you can do easily? You take a nap then go and lift 1000 pounds, see how you go.
For the record I was trolling, that said I lift a lot heavier than all the screamers in my last gym so weight isn't the reason for it at all.
