Floyd had solid power at 130, more hurting fighters with accuracy and placement still, though.

Hardly ever "top end".I'm not sure i'd say 130\135 Mayweather hit any harder than the likes of Buchanan and Happy Lora.

archie Moore might be one of the closest here, but he was hurt and dropped so many times it makes me reluctant to mention him.Definitely an excellent punch slipper and trap setter with great power though.

I think there are fighters who were great(or close to it) both offensively and defensively at certain points in their careers.That's not quite the same thing though.
