Why would anyone blame Garcia? He signed to fight Salido, why the assumption that he doesn't want the fight because it was cancelled on an injury by SALIDO? Garcia's shown he want tough fights but he only has so much control.

This is a solid replacement fight. Isn' Barros a former champion. He beat Cabellero and he's clearly no joke. Its a decent test and a good name for Garcia at this stage and it'll be his toughest fight and good preparation for fighting Salido next.
