Flexibility is not a problem for me because as i do yoga every day.(sorry I forget to write in previously ...
Skipping, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises would be good.
But you get down a boxing gym.
Time is against you, as you go past 30 you begin to slow down naturally, but if you don't give it a go you will never know.
Find a gym in your area and get down there.
