Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your valuable and very helpful replies.
I am waiting for a national or international boxing coach reply. I never did smoking and drinking. Infact whenever there is chance to move to parties even then I sometimes company my friends with soft drinks but never touch alcohol, bear or smoke. This seems good that i have to make the speed which i have confidence that I can do 8000 Meters in 30 minutes.
