as you say Perez would be a good scalp. ranked in all 4 governing bodies I believe, no-one can complain about this one.
I want Broner next though, much as I love scotty if Broner comes through his next fight with the W I want to see Burns teach him a lesson. Scotty would be big money wise, but the world wants to see that big mouth of Broner being shut, & Burns is the man for the job
Beating Broner would make Burns a superstar, up there with Andy Murray IMO.
So get in line scotty & wait your turn!!!(never thought I would utter that here)
