I am 20 years old and weigh 84Kgs, Just under 6 foot. Was wondering does any one have a good diet that will rip my body up. I currently train 6 days a week, cardio in the morning and boxing at night. Would like to know if anyone has a diet or some tips for toning the body up, not that I am fat just would like to be more defined and drop some kgs if possible so I can fight in a lighter weight instead of having to stack on the muscle to fight heavy weight.
