Hell no!
Healthy Moon would have smothered Khaokor's weak offense and crushed him in the rubber match!
Khaokor was pretty arrogant - the way he occasionally stood with his hands down by his waist and looked at Moon like "Is that all you got, boy?"
They even brushed his hair after the fight
By the way Khaokor probably was twice as fast with his feet/hands as Khaosai.
