Default Lifting weights will damage you in the Long Run...DON'T DO IT!

Unless of course you want a life time of pain and suffering when you're older.

It's not worth it.

You want a hip replacement or a knee replacement? Lift weights.

If you want to be strong and pain free for life, do calesthenics.

You will PAY for lifting weights. It's EGO that causes us to do stupid ****. Lifting heavy weight fits in that category. Don't let it be YOU.
