Hey, everyone on ESB, don't listen to these guys. They don't know ****. They are naive.

Just do BODYWEIGHT training. Pistol squats, pushups, handstand pushups, pull ups etc...

That's all you NEED. Lifting 400 lbs for reps is idiotic. Don't DO IT!!!

It's ridiculous.
