how important are calisthenics ?
hey there ..
i just want to know how important are bodyweight workouts ( push up + pull up + sit up + squat .. ETC )
for boxing ?
i mean i always hear about running or weight training .. but what about calisthenics ?
1- how would they benefit a boxer ?
2- are they important ?
3- are they expendeble ? ( like doing only running and weight training )
