Yeah I'd be quicker than him for sure. Probably fitter too, depending on how serious he is about keeping in shape. Aaaaaaand........ that's about it.
He outweighs me by a LOT, he'd be stronger than I am, and there's no substitute for 20 years of rolling with the Gracies.
