I'm not very familiar with these fighters, so I won't claim to offer an informed opinion (it would just be unbridled boxrec warrioring). However, I was amused to find out that Rodriguez fought "A. Coffin" in 1984.
In my boxrec warrioring opinion, Tangstad beat past-their-best versions of Evangelista and Rodriguez. Does that hold any water? No? Oh well
Anyway, it seems that the first three were around the same level. Fighting each other and sharing the wins/losses, all regularly beating the 'below world level' fighters, but coming up short against the champions. If I get time I'll see if I can watch a few of their fights and offer a real opinion.
