To be honest I havent been boxing long enough and I dont know your style of boxing (brawler etc) but I DO know that Jun Fan (Bruce Lee) said he felt slower at 165lbs than at his preferred 135lbs. Something to consider. If it applies take if not pass it on to someone else.
