Neither wants to fight the other, and both are to blame.

Both have made the fight impossible at times when it looked like it could happen, both should feel the scorn from the fans (but wont) for being involved in such a disgrace as a sports 1a and 1b, in the same weightclass, in one of the biggest fights in the sports history, not fighting eachother.

Truth is they should be hounded, constantly, by fans and the media, for not getting the fight made. But boxing fans are so used to getting treated like retards they just take it and move on.
