Im approaching 2 months since i began training at CYAC in national city,CA., and. 6months since I started training in general.
I had my first sparring a few weeks ago, and I'm working on being better prepared for next time. So here we go for today:
Started the workout with 30 of running around cyac.
Next about 10 30-second rounds of rapid fires on heavy bag
About 8 rounds of shoeshines
About 8 rounds of 1-2-leanback-1-2's
About 6 rounds of 1-2-hooks
About 5 rounds of jabs
About 20 minutes of crates
Wrapped up with 2 sets of mountain climbers; 3 minutes each
4 sets of 15 push-ups
One more set of mountain climbers-2 minutes
2 sets of 30 scissors
2 sets of 20 scissors
I've been gone for a week due to being sick, so overall It was a tough workout. I did good though.
