How do I get better direct control of my hips?
Like to turn my hips 1st I have to have some kind of mental cue like putting out a cigarette with my foot.
I cant just rotate my hips 1st on demand like I do with say rotating the torso.
How do I just move my hips 1st without some mental cue?
How do I learn how to do this? Any drills etc?
