Pretty tired today. Not as much intensity as 2 days ago. Here goes :

30 minute run

Straight to heavy bags (30 second rounds) . Alot of people shying the bags today, so we did alot of crates
In total about 42 rounds of crates
7 rounds of rapid-fires
5 rounds of shoeshines
5 rounds of 1-2-leanbacks
1 round of reaching for the goals
5 rounds of 1-2-hooks
1 round of jabs

3 minutes of mountain climbers
3 sets of 15 pushups
3 sets of dips

3 sets of 30 scissors
3 sets of 20 in-and-outs

And time....
