Seriously i wish you all the best in you future trainings and fights.Im not gonna argue here and say this is better and that is bad.
I had enought of it.In my career i had at least 6-7 trainers that were saying weights are bad,punch wooden boards to make your fists strong,do 124124 push ups daily.
And then i go to the internet on forums to find an almost exact same thing.
