After some advice,
Trying to get back into shape and lose some weight, (prob about 3st/40+lbs overweight).
Joined the local leisure center where i have use of a weights room/gym and swimming pool. I was a strong swimmer although I am blowing out of my arse after just a few lengths due to lack of fitness.
just wondering if it is wise to do weight training before jumping in the pool or will swimming straight after doing weights be more harmfull than good??
