Did some weights at school, so throwing punches was a bit heavier during training.
Thursdays I train with Ivan, my trainer.
These are all 3-minute rounds with 30-second breaks
3 rounds of shadow
One round of shadow/feet movement
Then I put on gloves and he puts on manoplas/things so I can hit his hands. Idk what theyre called in English ;
We do about 4 rounds of blocking and combinations. (My felflexes were slow as hell today. Goin back with everything I got on saturday)
2 rounds of jump rope
10 sit ups with 8 lb. Ball
10 reps of dropping ball on my stomach
10 reps of sit ups/ hitting my sides with 5 lb. Balls
30 sit-ups w/ high legs
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 other kind of sit ups
