When I used to lift weights I liked listening to aggressive rock-type stuff like Rage Against the Machine.
When I'm shadowboxing/hitting the bag, I like listening to Hip-hop and trying to stay on rhythm with the beat.
When I do roadwork/sprints, I used to like listening to Hip-hop, but these days I just listen to podcasts. Helps me keep my mind off the fact that I'm running.
