I was whating Babu the other day and he has a very nice variation of the arm triangle where you grip the elbows instead of the other standard grips.
If i'm ever up there I'll let you know... it's doubtful though as it is closer for me to get to Belgium than Scotland

You can defend against that one by grabbing the arm with leg. If the person does do that though all you need to do is tripod and they will tap
