Neither should Pacquiao release his medical records..
Taking and releasing the results of PED test results is a different matter.
Those tests are taken for the purpose of them getting released to the public you moron!

There is absolutely NOTHING on his medical record that would require hiding. HIV and STD testing is mandatory, so he ain't hiding a disease. What Team Pacquiao sought was the FULL TEST RESULTS and CONTRACT AGREEMENT in relation to the three fights in which Floyd hired USADA for.
USADA released all of the NEGATIVE TEST RESULTS, but that's not to say that there were no POSITIVE TEST RESULTS.
Floyd HIRED USADA, which means he has a PERSONAL CONTRACT w/ them. A PERSONAL CONTRACT in which the TERMS are all dictated by FLOYD, INCLUDING the handling of any positive results. USADA is Floyd's client and he pays them VERY WELL.
USADA tested Lance Armstrong, but Armstrong is not USADA's employer.
Floyd has a personal contract with USADA. Floyd is USADA's employer. Don't you see how fucking suspicious this is?
FACT: Floyd wants full transparency except for when it comes to his contract/medical records w/ USADA. Only a fucking Flomo can't see the shady in this.
Floyd was about to get nailed, so he quickly settled the case.
