Yeah, although he was clearly one of the best lower weight fighters of his era and, on ability alone (mainly aesthetic quality although he essentially 'proved' himself against Rafa and Montiel past prime and above fly) but gets way overrated based on what he actually did...which was maintain a high ranking without fighting anyone very good.
But I'm a fan, same as I am a fan of Ricardo Lopez.
