I don't see why he wouldn't. Tommy would provide the onslaught for the first few rounds, but Mayweather has a good chin and is the KING of defense. He'd defend himself better than any fighter on Tommy's resume ever could.
After this, Mayweather will just take advantage of Tommy. Ok, he won't pull a Corrales on Tommy, but he'd certainly control the pace and beat him on accuracy. A Mayweather win 7-5 UD.

I do question my Jack Johnson ranking. Jack Johnson was unbeaten for a very long time and they just could not fight any fighters to fight him...however, a lot of the great fighters he fought were like 20lbs+ less in weight.
