I doubt Barkley will be able to stand up to the power. His only chance is to get to Jackson first (which I won't rule out, it'd be silly to rule it out) and finish him, preferably early.
Barkley is simply too open for counter shots, a former lightweight in Duran managed to plant Barkley on the seat of his trunks. Granted Duran could bang at most weights he fought at, still, Duran is a far cry from Jackson in terms of power.
Benn managed to clean up things in a single round, so in my opinion, The Hawk has to be the favorite.
