5 rounds of combos and defense (3 minutes)
1 round of shadow

One Round of Jump Rope

20 reps of sit ups with 8-pound ball
15 reps of dropping 8 pound ball on my stomach
10 reps of hittinmyobliques with 5 pound ball
15 butterflys situps and 20 in-and-outs
